The project aims to contribute to sustainable and advanced growth, social cohesion and the reduction of inequality.
Launching events of the programme activities were held in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Georgia in 2022.
The project‘s aim is to reduce the gender gap in science, technology, engineering and mathematics by increasing regional awareness of women in successful careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields.
Embassy project
- Welcome2STEM event for young women students and young professionals in STEM fields organised (speakers - digital skills development providers STEP IT Academy, Technest, Code Academy, Science Baku, Founder of Matrix, ID Tech, Smartnation, Femmes Digitales, Azerbaijan Woman in Science, Sabah.Lab).
- Thirty women and girls had the opportunity to improve their digital skills and apply them.
- 8 video podcasts were created, featuring "surprise guests" from STEM fields.

Developing children's responsible attitudes towards nature and the environment by integrating the environment into the general education system, imparting knowledge of ecology and the environment to children in an understandable and inclusive way, promoting children's social behavior and increasing public confidence in Western partners.
Diplomatic Mission Project
- An online training program has been developed to promote the recycling of waste and the replacement of plastic bags with eco-bags;
- A summer school camp has been organised, that taught about environmental protection, climate change, efficient use of water resources, conservation of biodiversity.
To enhance the skills of civil society organizations in the target region to engage in international litigation and advocacy as part of a wider strategy to tackle systemic issues affecting women in their countries (e.g. sexual and gender based violence) through practical and tailored legal mentoring, legal clinics and training.
Regional project
- Two cases are identified and agreed with partners;
- Advice provided on two legal cases;
- Legal strategy developed in NG case against Georgia;
- A roundtable on self-defence in domestic violence cases was held to identify strategic litigation issues and the need for expert assistance for partner lawyers;
- New information on cases related to violence against women was collected.
Project aims to contribute to social wellbeing and engagement through safe play for children in the regions of Azerbaijan.

- In the former war zone, an area was cleared of mines and a playing ground for children established. There are not many alternative leisure places in the countryside, so having a safe place for children is very important in the rural area.
The aim of the project is to encourage women to set up pre-school care centers.
Embassy project
- Kurdamir region‘s women were introduced with the basics of establishing and managing pre-school care centers. The help to purchase the equipment required for the operation of such centers has been provided.
- Parents have learned more about children’s needs and development, including children with disabilities.
