To analyze Turkey's legal, technical and social base for the implementation of the Green Deal. The project goal is to develop a platform for long-term expert cooperation in this field.
Embassy project
- A study on the state of play of sustainable energy solutions in Turkey has been prepared.
- Visits of Turkish and Lithuanian experts to Lithuania and Turkey have been organised.
- A platform for exchange of ideas between experts has been created.
- 4 remote seminars and 1 event in Istanbul with energy experts were organised.
- A protocol of intent/cooperation was signed between Vilnius and Istanbul municipalities.
To analyze cooperation opportunities in the context of the EU Green Course, with a special focus on the bioeconomy, agriculture and food industries.
Diplomatic mission project
- Sustainable cooperation links between Lithuanian and Turkish scientific institutions are established.
- Training on the impact of the EU Green Deal on the agriculture and food sectors was organised.
- Study visits of experts from both countries to partner countries were organised.
To promote women's managerial skills and entrepreneurship in Alanya; to give women the necessary skills and knowledge to develop their business, the opportunity to gain the courage to start their own business through successful examples of entrepreneurship.
Diplomatic mission project
- A series of 6 training sessions was organised for Alanya women to promote their entrepreneurial skills, involving 55 participants, 6 of whom have started their own businesses.
- Visits to Lithuania and Turkey for Lithuanian and Alanya women entrepreneurs were organised to get acquainted with local organisations helping women entrepreneurs to develop their businesses.
The aim of the project is to strengthen science-to-business capacities of Turkish public and private sector by sharing good national and European expertise for the development of biotechnology systems and products as well as business partnerships in the long run between Turkish and Lithuanian companies for the commercialization of the results.
