Humanitarian aid is provided in compliance with international law, including, international humanitarian law, and the following main principles of humanitarian activities – humanity, neutrality, impartiality, independence. The main goal of humanitarian aid is to provide unconditional help where it is necessary to save people's lives and health from military conflicts or natural disasters.
