- Facilitate access to digital tools for young people in rural areas;

The ClimateTech Accelerator aims to collaborate with the Lithuanian ecosystem to support the growth of climate tech startups in Kenya. This effort promotes international cooperation toward achieving the SDGs, combating climate change, and enhancing job creation and economic growth.

Facilitate a mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge between Kenya and Lithuania on the digitalization of the public sector, applying the latest technologies, and readiness to implement the selected GovTech model. The project objectives contribute to the Kenyan government's efforts to efficiently digitize public services, enhance their accessibility, and increase the capacity of institutions and their personnel to implement modern technologies in public administration.
- A stakeholder map was prepared, including the key stakeholders of Kenya’s GovTech ecosystem and their roles within it;
- A five‑day work visit to Kenya and a co‑creation workshop with relevant Kenyan institutions were carried out;
- An analysis of best practices for strengthening the Kenyan GovTech ecosystem was prepared;
- A playbook presenting GovTech products and services was developed, based on consultation meetings and materials from the online strategic workshop with Kenya’s ICT institutions;
- A work visit to Kenya and an eight‑hour co‑creation workshop with selected stakeholders were implemented to develop a sustainability plan and alternative roadmaps for GovTech institutionalization in Kenya.

The project aims to conduct a feasibility study on providing access to digital government services in Kenya through post offices. The primary beneficiaries of the project would be the Kenyan government, particularly the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and the Kenya Postal Corporation.
- Organize and implement a kick-off meeting with the Ministry of ICT and Postal Corporation of Kenya to establish the process of regular updates on the project progress and plan the field visit to Kenya;
- Conduct a 5-day field visit of the dedicated expert team members (4 experts) to Kenya, during which the experts would visit relevant institutions and postal offices to collect relevant primary information about the existing situation of accessing digital services in Kenya and the state of the postal network and its accessibility;
- Collect information and conduct desk research of relevant information from the Ministry of ICT and Postal Corporation of Kenya, including strategic documents of these institutions and the Government of Kenya;
- Prepare a report on the existing situation of access to digital services, the state of postal services in Kenya, and relevant recommendations from Lithuania's experience ensuring citizen access to digital services.
- Guidelines for securing funding for modernising Kenya's Postal Corporation Offices to provide digital government services.
