To contribute to the improvement of the mental health and rehabilitation services for children with war trauma in Donetsk and Luhansk regions by introducing a psychosocial support training program to school psychologists, social workers, and pedagogical students and psychosocial therapy for children. 270 children with war trauma living in “red” and “grey” zone of war conflict in eastern Ukraine learned techniques for coping with post-traumatic stress. In addition, they developed skills of psychosocial self-help and improved their psycho-emotional condition and resilience.
- 54 school psychologists, social workers and education students from the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in the programme "Children and War. Training in Recovery Techniques" were trained in mental health care, rehabilitation and diagnosis of traumatised children.
- 270 war-traumatised children living in the "red" and "grey" conflict zone in Eastern Ukraine were taught techniques to combat post-traumatic stress, psychosocial self-help skills to improve their psycho-emotional state and resilience, and stress and anxiety release.

- 5 regional workshops were organised in the East and South of Ukraine, strengthening the target audience's ability to identify and counter disinformation. Around 900 people gained knowledge on how to distinguish real information from propaganda and which sources to use to get real information.
- 3 prominent Lithuanian information security and strategic communication experts, who participated in each regional seminar, shared Lithuanian experience in countering propaganda and strengthening independent media. - A forum for lawyers from Lithuania, Moldova, and Ukraine was organized in Lithuania, where the most pressing issues of legal system reforms in the partner countries were discussed, including specific provisions of draft laws being prepared in Moldova and Ukraine. The differences and similarities in the systems and experiences of the countries were identified, their impact on the effectiveness of institutions was discussed, and Lithuania's best practices in implementing specific laws were shared. Moldovan and Ukrainian representatives were also given the opportunity to visit similar institutions in Lithuania.
- Representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Moldova participated in the forum, and opportunities for further cooperation were discussed.
- Lithuanian legal acts that are particularly relevant for the continued implementation of legal sector reforms in Moldova and Ukraine were translated (the list of necessary translations was prepared based on the needs of the forum participants and their institutions).

- In collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Development Cooperation Department, a three-day international conference titled “Strengthening the Role of Women in Democratic Processes: Challenges Post-2015” was organized, attended by 150 guests from 34 countries and representatives of international organizations (UN Women, EIGE, Community of Democracies, NCM, ZONTA International).
- The conference featured five thematic panels: leadership, economic empowerment, violence and harmful practices, the role of social media, and post-2015 perspectives.
- An international discussion on gender equality and women’s rights was held during the conference.

- Organization of the forum "Tools and Tactics for Communicating Your Position" in Vilnius.
- Preparation of reviews on factors that hinder and promote more active participation of young women in civil and political life.
- Based on the reviews, a publication was issued, and a short film was created.
To continue supporting and developing the international website www.womenindemocracy.org, which promotes and presents gender equality in the Community of Democracies and other countries (especially in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus region, and Central Asia) since 2012.
- Daily monitoring of news and information databases regarding women's status and gender equality issues was conducted.
- Contacts were established with target NGOs from 15 countries in the region, and an analysis of national government documents, legal materials, and ongoing gender equality initiatives was performed.
- Materials were prepared and published on the website to familiarize the Lithuanian public with gender equality implementation initiatives in the region.
- A multi-day online forum on relevant equal opportunities issues was organized. The main result was an effectively functioning website.
Assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the Eastern Partnership, and recommendations for further development of the EU's Eastern Partnership, particularly following the implementation of free trade agreements between the EU and partner countries, and the establishment of a visa-free regime.
- In October 2013, prior to the EU Eastern Partnership Summit held in Vilnius, an international roundtable discussion was organized. During the discussion, recommendations were formulated on how to strengthen the EU's Eastern Partnership initiative. The discussion involved 2 experts from Moldova and Ukraine, Lithuanian experts, representatives from the diplomatic missions of the partner countries, and representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
To continue activities related to youth initiated during Lithuania's chairmanship of the Community of Democracies (CoD) in 2010-11 and to strengthen the CoD dimension.
- The second international leaders academy "Democratic Development in the European Eastern Partnership Countries: Challenges and Opportunities" was organized in Vilnius. Approximately 50 participants, including political scientists, youth, NGO representatives, and human rights defenders from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, USA, Lithuania, Moldova, Serbia, Ukraine, Hungary, and Germany, discussed with Lithuanian politicians the various democratic transformations, achievements, and challenges in the Eastern European region.
To strengthen civil society in Eastern Partnership countries in the context of Lithuania's presidency of the EU Council.
- From November 27-29, 2013, a conference for the civil society of Eastern Partnership countries was organized in Vilnius. The conference served as a platform for in-depth discussion on how to more effectively support the development of civil society in Eastern Partnership countries and to enhance its capacity to participate in the decision-making process. The dialogue between experts and civil society representatives from Eastern Partnership and EU member states proved to be particularly successful.
- Target groups of the conference included participants of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, representatives of local and international NGOs, political foundations, organizations, think tanks working in Eastern Partnership countries, representatives of the European Commission, and the largest international development cooperation agencies working in the region.
- The conference was attended by 378 participants and 211 media representatives. Approximately 7000 viewers from various countries watched the live broadcast.

- Approximately 30 representatives from Belarusian and Ukrainian municipalities, universities, museums, religious institutions, and tourism organizations participated in an informational visit to Lithuania.

- Project participants were introduced to Lithuanian history, culture, ethnography, cross-border cooperation and tourism development opportunities, and the activities of youth and NGOs.
To reveal the dynamics of historical heritage division in Central and Eastern Europe through the changing interpretations of the Battle of Grunwald over time; to enhance understanding of interpretations established in other countries; to mitigate the sharpness of historical heritage divisions while increasing mutual trust within the region.
- A preliminary study was prepared, presenting key trends in the historical memory of the Battle of Grunwald, with selected illustrations. The project demonstrates the necessity of analyzing historical memory research not only within a single historical culture but also by including the entire Eastern European region.
To develop cooperation among scientists from the region (Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine) in researching and promoting the history and heritage of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, to foster historical awareness among scientists and cultural figures, and to encourage cultural exchanges between Lithuania and neighboring countries.
- In collaboration with Ukrainian and Belarusian scientists, a new academic/informative book, "Grunwald: Perspectives of Three Nations of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania," was prepared and published in Ukrainian (published by Baltia-Druk, Kyiv).
- The latest textual and visual materials on the heritage of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania were collected and made publicly available on the website www.mdl.lt.

To prepare a four-volume encyclopedia of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (GDL), collaborating with over 100 historians from countries with GDL heritage (Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine) and other countries (Germany, England, Italy, Russia), creating a cohesive and comprehensive history of the GDL, integrating its heritage across different political and cultural regions.
- Scientific articles for the second volume of the encyclopedia were written (letters A to N, by approximately 20 authors, covering about 48 articles).
- Scientific articles for the third volume of the encyclopedia were written (letters O to Ž, by over 40 authors, covering about 100 articles).
- Scientific reviews of the articles were prepared.
- The project was presented at the International Lithuanian Studies Conference in Warsaw and at the international conference dedicated to the 600th anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald in Vilnius.

To introduce the societies of Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia to Lithuanian history and culture, and to present the millennium anniversary of the name of Lithuania in Minsk, Kyiv, Lida, and Saint Petersburg.
- Prepared a traveling exhibition "Lithuania: Culture and History" in Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Russian languages, which was displayed at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Minsk, the National Museum "Saint Sophia of Kyiv" in Kyiv, and the National History and Art Museum of Lida.
To encourage collaboration between Belarusian and Ukrainian scientists in researching and promoting the history and heritage of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (GDL).
- Developed the schematic structure and concept of the book/album "The Radziwiłłs in Ukraine."
- Organized expeditions to local history museums in Ukraine (Volhynia, Korets, Kovel, Manevychi, Liuboml, Radyvyliv, Mlyniv, Olyka) and photographed exhibits from the museum collections (1,214 items photographed).
- Prepared an informational catalog "Documentary Heritage of the GDL in Lviv," published on www.mdl.lt.

- Prepared for publication a collection of historical sources: the Lithuanian Metrica, book No. 22 (1547), consisting of 112 manuscript pages.

To prepare a four-volume encyclopedia of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (GDL) aimed at transcending national historiographical boundaries.
- In the third phase, editing of the articles for the second volume of the GDL encyclopedia (63 articles) was completed, and contracts were signed with 40 historians from Lithuania, Poland, and Belarus for the preparation of articles.
- Contracts were signed with historians preparing the index and texts for the third volume (20 historians for 67 articles).
- A list of illustrations for the encyclopedia was prepared.
To strengthen the cooperation between Belarusian and Ukrainian scholars, present the heritage of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and promote cultural exchanges and the formation of an open European regional identity.
- A DVD featuring a gallery of portraits of nobility from the Grand Duchy of Lithuania was released.

- An informational album titled "Heritage of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in Ukraine: Castles, Temples, Residences" and a book titled "History and Tradition of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania" were prepared.
To share the latest scientific expertise in the field of Earth's fields and their impact on organisms with scientists from various countries; to establish collaborative relationships between scientific organizations.
- Closer collaborative relationships were established with scientists from Belarus and Ukraine during the conference "Earth's Fields and Their Impact on Organisms," held in Druskininkai from June 12-15. The conference was attended by about 100 specialists from 10 countries, featuring 36 scientific presentations. A collection of seminar abstracts, comprising 248 pages and 70 copies, was published and distributed to the seminar participants.
To present the heritage of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
- Based on the results of the project component "Portraits of Nobles from the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in Ukraine," which were collected from museums and archives in Ukraine, an exhibition of portraits of nobles and other historical figures from the Grand Duchy of Lithuania has been prepared. This exhibition is suitable for display both in Lithuania and in foreign countries.
To overcome the boundaries of national historiographies and offer a broader panorama of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (GDL). The encyclopedia aims to cover the entire territory of the GDL and adequately reflect different historiographical approaches, presenting the heritage of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
- A four-volume encyclopedia of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania is being prepared, with the illustration concept developed and illustrations collected.
- The project involves historians united by the legacy of the GDL from Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, and Ukraine, as well as scholars from other countries.
To inform the societies of Lithuania, Belarus, and Ukraine about their shared heritage by preparing a historical calendar of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (16th-18th centuries). This calendar, a 350-380 page book, will describe significant dates, figures, and events in the history of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, include maps showing the changing borders of the state, and feature historical iconography.
- In the second phase, a contract was signed with the project leader, Associate Professor Dr. Aivas Ragauskas, who continued systematic scientific informational research by refining calendar entries and reviewing the database of entries.
- Structural principles for the calendar entries were established based on the subject matter—event, person, institution, or other historical occurrences—and descriptive texts for the calendar entries were written.
- Scientific text reviews were prepared.
- The design and layout of the electronic version of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania calendar guide were developed.
- The calendar of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania was translated into Russian.
- The guide to the calendar was translated into Belarusian.

- A regional seminar was held in Vilnius, attended by representatives from 22 countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
